ok so this time... really.
I will be updating soon, I finally got my graduation pics, and borrowed a cord to update all my pics.... I will force myself to do it TONIGHT! But brace yourself/ves for a photo overload!

We're good! Wish we could sell our house! Bad market, but I would LOVE a new place! Now that you're an architect are you super picky on what houses you're lookin at? Have you taken the exam yet?
You should totally redo a chair this summer. It's freaking easy. I still need to finish mine. I got the chairs on craigslist and ripped the thing apart and traced the old fabric onto new fabric, cut it out and stapled and glued it to the chair. I ended up googling directions for some direction and found http://www.mormonchic.com/crafty/wingback.asp Kinda weird it came from that website. Totally random, I swear! :) I almost did my chairs in grey velvet but couldn't find any. Would have been cool, my damask works too though. You might even find free chairs on free cycle. I don't remember the website, try it in google. Have fun!

Oh my gosh, your place is so darling. If I hadn't just got... ahem... fired, I would totally consider it. :) Seriously, gorgeous. I'll my sister in law though. They are looking for a house, and that is VERY well priced.
